Clear terms for a well-run room.
These terms govern use of wincasinoozone.com and reservations for entertainment sessions at the Win Casino Ozone physical venue in Edmonton.
Using our site or booking a session means you accept these terms.
“Win Casino Ozone,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Win Casino Ozone Events Inc. “Client” means the person or organization making a reservation. “Guest” means any attendee included in the reservation.
Offline
All experiences occur at our Edmonton venue.
Entertainment
No real-money wagering or redeemable chips.
Reserved
Participation is subject to confirmed booking.
Casino-style theatre, not gambling.
We provide hosted social games, venue access and event production for entertainment. Play chips have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
We do not provide online casino play, remote participation or wagering. Guests must physically attend the confirmed venue session.
When a date becomes yours.
Proposal
Scope, date, venue hours and pricing are stated in writing.
Acceptance
A reservation is confirmed only after written acceptance and required payment.
Balance
Remaining amounts are due according to the signed booking document.
Taxes, add-ons, supplier costs, overtime and damage deposits are included only where expressly listed. Website estimates are illustrative and are not binding offers.
Respect keeps the room exceptional.
The client is responsible for communicating venue rules to guests. Attendees must follow host instructions, respect staff and property, avoid unlawful behaviour and comply with occupancy, safety and licensing requirements.
We may refuse entry or remove a person whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or inconsistent with these terms, without refund for that person’s participation.
Written booking terms control your event.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rules in the accepted proposal apply to the reservation. Supplier commitments, short-notice changes and no-shows may result in retained amounts or additional charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, guest property, third-party conduct or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Clients are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear caused by their guests or suppliers.
Alberta law applies.
These terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian federal law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be directed to wincasinoozone@gmail.com or our Edmonton address.
